Westbrook, Conn.-based Maritime Program Group Inc. andAtlanta-based Axiom Insurance Management Ltd. have merged.

Axiom founders Alison Kelly and Clark Travitz will becomepart of Maritime Program's executive leadership team and will continue to leadthe Atlanta office.
