Apax Partners LLP agreed to acquire cybersecurity firm Coalfire Systems Inc. from Carlyle Group LP and The Chertoff Group LLC.

The deal, financial terms of which were not disclosed, is set to close in early 2020, subject to regulatory approval.

William Blair was financial adviser, and Latham & Watkins was legal adviser to Coalfire.

PwC was accounting adviser to Carlyle. Kirkland & Ellis LLP served as legal counsel to the Apax funds.
