Fed issues C&D order against former president/CFO of Oklahoma-based Security Bank

The FederalReserve Board issued a cease and desist order against Gentry Parker, former presidentand CFO of Tulsa, Okla.-based SecurityBank, effective April 13.

Parker is liableto pay the Pawnee Holding Co. Inc.unit $6,600, the Fed determined.

The order resolvesallegations that Parker engaged in unsafe and unsound banking practices and breachedfiduciary duties, related to "reckless disregard of proper procedures for allocatingbank funds for civic contributions."
