Jubilee Platinum Plc said Dec. 4 that it changed its name to Jubilee Metals Group PLC, with immediate effect.

The name change was approved during the company's annual general meeting held the same day.

Jubilee has an option to earn up to a 40% joint venture interest in BMR Group Plc's Kabwe Tailings lead-zinc-vanadium project in Zambia.
