Italian bank Intesa Sanpaolo SpA issued €800 million of floating-rate bonds in two tranches under its €70 billion euro medium-term note program.
A tranche of €500 million notes will pay an interest rate of 1.21% plus three-month euro interbank offered rate and will mature Dec. 16, 2026.
The second tranche consists of €300 million notes that carry an interest rate of 1.31% plus 3-month Euribor and will mature Dec. 16, 2027.
Banca IMI served as the book runner on both issuances, according to Cbonds.
