Sports-first livestreaming TV service fuboTV crossed 100,000 subscribers in September, the company said Oct. 10.
The over-the-top live service offers a base package, Fubo Premier, which offers more than 65 channels, including local stations, regional sports networks and national channels. Fubo Premier has added various new channels to its lineup including CBS Corp.'s CBS (US), CBS Sports Network (US), POP (US) and CBSN; MSG Networks Inc.-owned MSG Network (US) and MSG+ (US); and Scripps Networks Interactive Inc.-owned networks including HGTV (US), Food Network (US) and Travel Channel (US).
Fubo Premier also added NFL Network (US), Pac-12 Network (US), and other new local CBS and FOX (US) affiliates.
FuboTV recently upgraded its cloud-based DVR capabilities, allowing customers to indefinitely store up to 500 hours of programming for an additional $9.99 a month.
FuboTV has raised a total of $75.6 million in funding to date, including a $55 million series C round that was led by venture capital fund Northzone. Other investors include 21st Century Fox Inc., Sky plc, Univision Communications Inc. and Scripps Networks Interactive.
