First Midwest Bank names EVP, chief information and operations officer

Itasca, Ill.-basedFirst Midwest Bank appointedJo Ann Boylan as executive vice president and chief information and operations officer,according to an April 8 news release.

Boylan's appointmentis part of a planned succession to replace Kent Belasco, who retired April 1, thebank said.

As executivevice president and chief information and operations officer, Boylan will overseeinformation technology, deposit and loan operations, facilities, and project managementat the First Midwest Bancorp Inc.unit.

Boylan was mostrecently chief technology officer at Chicago-based MB Financial Bank NA, a unit of MB Financial Inc.
