May 18
* KazAgroFinance JSC said Zhumagali Munzhassarov was appointed chairman of the company's board of directors May 3.
* The National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic approved the appointments of Murat Ismailov and Asel Kyrgyzbaeva to the boards of CJSC EcoIslamicBank and OJSC Bakai Bank, respectively.
* Polemos PLC appointed John Treacy a nonexecutive director, effective immediately. Nonexecutive Directors Spencer Wilson and Daniel Maling have stepped down from their posts.
May 16
* Joachim Faber, Deutsche Börse AG's supervisory board chairman, signaled that he may not finish his full term should he be re-elected to his current post. Meanwhile, Deutsche Börse shareholders elected Martin Jetter, Barbara Lambert and Joachim Nagel to the board, replacing three outgoing board members.
* Princess Private Equity Holding Ltd. Chairman Brian Human will step down from his post at the end of August and retire from the board at the end of November. He will be replaced as chairman by Richard Battey, who has been a board member since 2009. Fergus Dunlop also resigned from the board.
* AO Toyota Bank said Shuji Suga joined its supervisory board, replacing Hidenori Ozaki.

* Bupa named Roger Davis nonexecutive chairman, replacing Alexander Leitch, who will step down at the end of 2018 after chairing the board since 2006. Lawrence Churchill will also resign as senior independent director May 16. Clare Thompson, who joined the board in May 2015, will succeed Churchill as senior independent director.
* Bank of Ireland Group PLC appointed Evelyn Bourke and Ian Buchanan nonexecutive directors to the group board and to the court of directors of Bank of Ireland, effective May 17.
* Cinnober Financial Technology elected Bo Mattson a board member.

* PKO Bank Polski SA's Jerzy Paluchniak resigned from the bank's supervisory board, effective May 18.
* GlobalCapital Plc appointed Peter Astleford a nonexecutive director, effective May 11.
* Credito Valtellinese SpA's Isabella Bruno Tolomei Frigerio resigned as a director with immediate effect for personal reasons.
* PAO Sberbank of Russia removed the name of Alexey Kudrin and included Bella Zlatkis from the list of supervisory board candidates to be voted at its annual general meeting.
