NCCI files to revise SC workers' comp program loss costs

The National Council on Compensation Insurance has filed foran overall increase of 2.5% in its voluntary workers' compensation loss costs forSouth Carolina.

The effective date is Sept. 1. The average increase was 4.6%for the manufacturing industry, 3.6% for contracting, 3.3% for miscellaneous, and0.9% for goods and services. The average decrease was 0.8% for office and clerical.
