Yum China CFO to resign; replacement named

Yum China Holdings Inc. on Sept. 6 said CFO Jacky Lo will step down from his post, effective Oct. 16, to pursue professional opportunities in Hong Kong to be closer to his family.

The restaurant operator appointed Ka Wai Andy Yeung to replace Lo as the company's CFO. He will join Yum China as CFO-Designate on Sept. 16 and will assume the CFO role on Oct. 16.

Yeung previously served as CFO of Smart Finance International Ltd. and Cheetah Mobile Inc.

Yum China operates YUM! Brands Inc.'s KFC, Pizza Hut and Taco Bell outlets in China.
