South Korea's DGB Financial appoints CEO of asset management unit

South Korea's DGB Financial Group Co. Ltd. named Kang Myun-wook CEO of unit DGB Asset Management Co. Ltd., The Chosun Ilbo reported Dec. 28.

Kang will replace current CEO Lee Yun-kyu, who is set to retire following approval by DGB Financial's board and shareholders.

Kang served as chief investment officer of South Korea's National Pension Service from February 2016 to July 2017.
