Cole CFO resigns; VEREIT CFO poised to serve in the interim

Cole Office& Industrial REIT Inc. CFO and Treasurer Simon Misselbrook isleaving his post, effective May 30, to pursue another opportunity.

Misselbrook has also resigned from the same posts atCole Credit Property Trust IVInc., Cole CreditProperty Trust V Inc. and ColeReal Estate Income Strategy (Daily NAV) Inc.

VEREIT Inc.CFO Michael Bartolotta will take on the role of interim principal financialofficer if the companies do not find and appoint a replacement by May 30,according to separate filings.

VEREIT indirectly owns and/or controls the separate externaladvisers of the four Cole companies, as well as their common dealer manager andsponsor Cole Capital Corp.
