TIW Private Equity purchased a 60% stake in Indian digital marketing firm Digital Refresh Networks in a cash-and-stock deal worth US$6 million, The Economic Times (India) reported Sept. 4.
The transaction's proceeds will be used by Digital Refresh Networks to beef up its core services, including content creation, as well as for acquisitions.
Digital Refresh Networks, formerly Digital F5, offers end-to-end communication and e-commerce solutions for digital platforms, according to the report.
