Banco da Amazônia approves interest on equity payment for 2015

Banco da AmazôniaSA shareholders approved an interest on equity payment of 94.96 millionBrazilian reais, or about 3.20 centavos per share, related to its 2015 results,the company said April 8.

Of the total, the company will deduct a partial payment madein November 2015, leaving some 69.06 million reais, or 2.33 centavos per share,to be paid to shareholders April 20.

As of April 8, US$1 wasequivalent to 3.63 Brazilian reais.
