Capital Southwest raises $13.2M in common shares offering

Business development company Capital Southwest Corp. raised approximately $13.2 million in total net proceeds, before expenses, from its recently completed equity offering.

The company sold 700,000 common shares at a net price of $18.90 per share.

The capital raise was in response to direct inquiries from investors, according to CFO Michael Sarner.
