UK digital bank Monzo's deputy CEO steps down

Paul Rippon stepped down as deputy CEO of U.K. digital bank Monzo Bank Ltd.

In a Jan. 9 post on his LinkedIn page, Rippon said he will now spend time with his wife at their farm in Northumberland, North East England.

Rippon, who co-founded Monzo with CEO Tom Blomfield in 2015, added he plans to spend a day a week after April doing nonexecutive consulting or coaching.
