CPR Gomu Industrial Public Company Ltd said its normalized net income for the fourth quarter amounted to 7 satang per share, a gain of 30.4% from 5 satang per share in the prior-year period.
Normalized net income, which excludes unusual gains or losses on a pre- and after-tax basis, was 13.4 million baht, a gain of 30.4% from 10.3 million baht in the year-earlier period.
The normalized profit margin climbed to 12.3% from 9.0% in the year-earlier period.
Total revenue declined year over year to 109.3 million baht from 114.5 million baht, and total operating expenses declined 9.1% year over year to 90.3 million baht from 99.4 million baht.
Reported net income rose 31.2% from the prior-year period to 18.3 million baht, or 9 satang per share, from 13.9 million baht, or 7 satang per share.
For the year, the company's normalized net income totaled 23 satang per share, a gain of 37.5% from 16 satang per share in the prior year.
Normalized net income was 45.1 million baht, an increase of 37.5% from 32.8 million baht in the prior year.
Full-year total revenue grew year over year to 454.4 million baht from 441.6 million baht, and total operating expenses declined on an annual basis to 386.2 million baht from 390.4 million baht.
The company said reported net income grew 34.3% on an annual basis to 59.3 million baht, or 30 satang per share, in the full year, from 44.1 million baht, or 22 satang per share.
