Minority shareholders sign pact on sale of Deželna Banka Slovenije stakes

saidApril 8 that a group of its shareholders signed an agreement on the joint saleof their stakes in the lender, representing 26.8% of its share capital.

The agreementcovers a total of 1,140,885 shares of the bank owned by KD Group, which has a6.01% stake in the bank, KD Kapital (8.86%), Adriatic Slovenica (2.84%), SRC(4.42%), Goriška družba KB 1909 (4.35%) and Tovarna olja Gea (0.32%).

Underthe agreement, which will be in place for 18 months from the date of signing,the shareholders obliged themselves to act in a coordinated manner with regardto the sale of the stake, engaging jointly in any negotiations and selling theshares together.

Thesale process will be carried out with the help of a financial adviser, thelender said without providing further details.
