U.K.-based private equity firm Mosaic Private Equity Ltd. invested an undisclosed sum in SkinnyBrands Ltd. for a 37.5% stake in the local brewer, Insider Media Ltd. reported.

SkinnyBrands additionally appointed Mihai Albu CEO and Adrian Hirst Chief Compliance Officer, according to the May 16 report.
