South Korea's Woori Bank shortlisted its candidates for the role of president and CEO to three nominees.

The bank said Jan. 23 that the final contenders for the role are current CEO and President Lee Kwang-goo; Lee Dong-gun, head of the business support group and executive vice president; and Kim Seung-gyu, former executive vice president.

The board's search committee will interview the three nominees Jan. 25 in order to determine a final nominee.
