completed on March 31 a capital increase worth about 1.01billion Chilean pesos through the issuance of 100,000 new shares, the firm saidin an April 1 filing with securities regulator SVS.
Thecapital increase was approved by shareholders in January and by the SVS onMarch 30.
As aresult, the firm now has a total 450,486 shares, of which 90.2% are held by InversionesAvalChile Seguros SA, and 9.8% by Inversiones Grupo AvalChile SA.
As of April 1, US$1 wasequivalent to 668.70 Chilean pesos.
