Oaktree Capital Group increases distribution

OaktreeCapital Group LLC has declared a distribution attributable to thefirst quarter of 55 cents per class A unit.

The distribution will be paid on May 13 to class Aunitholders of record at the close of business on May 9. The company haddeclared a distribution attributable to the fourth quarter of 2015of 47 cents per class A unit.
