Houlihan Lokey Inc. announced the pricing of a public offering of 3 million class A common shares of the company offered by ORIX HLHZ Holding LLC at $45.80 apiece.

The company is not offering any shares in the offering and will not receive any of the proceeds from the sale of the shares by ORIX.

Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC is the sole underwriter for the offering, which is expected to close May 30.
