AssuredPartners Inc. on March 31 completed the acquisition of Torrance, Calif.-based insurance consulting and brokerage company Keenan & Associates.

Keenan will be AssuredPartners' platform in the U.S. Western Seaboard, serving clients in the school, public agency and healthcare industries.

The company will remain under the current management team, with Keenan President and CEO Sean Smith joining the AssuredPartners board.

The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
