OCC approves United Midwest Savings Bank's conversion to national bank

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency on May 8 approved De Graff, Ohio-based United Midwest Savings Bank's conversion to a national bank from a federal savings association.

The regulator also approved United Midwest Savings Bank's name change to United Midwest Savings Bank NA.

United Midwest Savings Bank is a unit of MSB Capital Corp.
