Trupanion CFO to retire; replacement named

Trupanion Inc.said in a Form 8-K filed May 5 that Michael Banks plans to retire as the company'sCFO and Tricia Plouf, vice president and controller, will succeed Banks as CFO,effective May 6.

Plouf has served as vice president and controller of the companysince October 2012. Banks will remain with the company through June 30 to assistwith the transition of his duties.
