Independent power producer Navisun LLC acquired a 14.3-MW community solar project portfolio from Clean Energy Collective LLC. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The portfolio consists of nine active solar projects in Massachusetts, according to a March 18 news release. Under the deal, Clean Energy Collective will provide customer management services for the projects.
