Security Bank Corp. named a new CEO and made changes to its board.
The bank appointed Sanjiv Vohra as president and CEO, as well as a director, effective July 1, subject to regulatory approvals.
Vohra has previously held senior leadership positions at Citibank, ABN Amro Bank and MUFG Bank, among others. He will replace Alfonso Salcedo Jr., who will step down as president and CEO, effective June 30, but will remain as director of the company.
In addition, Rafael Simpao Jr. will retire as director, effective June 30.
