Argentina's Rombo Financiera approves 500M pesos debt issuance

Rombo Compañía Financiera SA said its board approved a debt issuance of up to 500.0 million Argentine pesos.

The series 41 and 42 negotiable securities will be offered as part of the company's 3.00 billion pesos debt issuance program, according to a filing.

Rombo Compañía Financiera will decide on the final terms of the offering at a later date.

As of Dec. 26, US$1 was equivalent to 18.31 Argentine pesos.
