McKesson's CFO to step down; replacement named

McKesson Corp. said Britt Vitalone will be appointed as CFO and executive vice president, effective Jan. 1, 2018.

Vitalone has been with McKesson since 2006 and currently serves as CFO and senior vice president of McKesson's U.S. pharmaceutical and specialty health segments.

James Beer, current CFO and executive vice president, will assist in a transition period into early 2018. He will join Atlassian, an enterprise collaboration company, as CFO, effective February 2018.

In addition, McKesson reaffirmed its outlook for fiscal 2018 adjusted EPS of $11.80 to $12.50.
