S&P Global Ratings affirmed the BB global scale and mxA national scale issuer credit ratings of Mexican homebuilder Vinte Viviendas Integrales SAB de CV.
The outlook is stable.
Ratings noted that Vinte's flexible business model allows it to counter effects from its home country's softening economy while maintaining a solid growth trajectory. The rating agency added that the key rating constraints for Vinte are its relatively small size and its Mexico-focused operations.
The stable outlook reflects Ratings' view that Vinte will continue to successfully execute its growth strategy in the next 12 months owing to its business flexibility.
