Cromwell Property Group named Andrew Fay to its board as a nonexecutive director, with effect from Oct. 15, to replace Richard Foster, who retired in November 2017.

Fay also serves as nonexecutive director of ASX-listed companies Pendal Group Ltd. and Spark Infrastructure Group, and held the same position in Hometown Australia Holdings Pty. Ltd.'s target, Gateway Lifestyle Group, from 2015 to 2018. Fay was one of two directors who had planned to stay as director at Gateway Lifestyle after Hometown's offer became unconditional.
