Banco W SA will issue ordinary bonds of up to 100.00 billion Colombian pesos, according to an Oct. 10 securities filing.
The issuance will be composed of 100,000 ordinary bonds with a nominal value of 1.0 million pesos each.
The offering will be comprised of up to six series of bonds, all with a maturity of between one and two years.
The bonds will have a partial guarantee from Corporación Andina de Fomento, or CAF, for a maximum amount of 36.0 billion pesos, or equivalent to 15.0 million dollars, the bank said.
Valores Bancolombia SA Comisionista de Bolsa is acting as lead agent.
As of Oct. 10, US$1 was equivalent to 2,939.63 Colombian pesos.
