Jadranska banka delists from Zagreb Stock Exchange

saidApril 8 that its shares will be delisted from the regulated market of theZagreb Stock Exchange as of April 11.

Thedelisting request was filed with the stock exchange operator by the bank'sresolution management board, which was installed by Croatia's State Agency forDeposit Insurance and Bank Resolution.

TheCroatian regulator launched a financial recovery procedure for the lender in October 2015, after itfailed to increase its capital as ordered by the central bank in February 2014.

Theregulator said at the time that the bank had sufficient liquidity levels andwould continue to operate normally.
