Insurity Inc. acquired Valen Analytics, a provider of proprietary data, analytics and predictive modeling for P&C insurers.

The Valen brand will be retained with the organization, operating as Valen Analytics, an Insurity company.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed in a news release.

Insurity is a Hartford, Conn.-based provider of core insurance processing and data integration and analytics solutions.
