Media and entertainment company WarnerMedia is looking to sell its stake in its future headquarters at 30 Hudson Yards in Manhattan, N.Y., but does not plan to abandon the building, The Wall Street Journal reported.
The company, which was known as Time Warner Inc. before its acquisition by AT&T Inc. in 2018, is eyeing approximately $2 billion from the sale of the 1.4 million-square-foot office condominium, the publication added, citing broker Cushman & Wakefield. WarnerMedia also aims to sign a lease of about 20 years with the new owner, the report added.
