Republic Financial Holdings Ltd. listed 44,125 ordinary shares on the Trinidad & Tobago Stock Exchange on Dec. 29, according to a notice from the bourse.

With the listing, which becomes effective Dec. 30, the company's issued share capital increases to 162,347,778 ordinary shares.

The bank listed 29,358 of its ordinary shares on the stock exchange earlier in December.
