DXC Technology director to step down

DXC Technology Co. announced Meg Whitman will resign from DXC Technology's board of directors, effective immediately.

The news follows Whitman's last month's announcement that she would step down as CEO of Hewlett Packard Enterprise Co., effective Feb. 1, 2018. Hewlett Packard Enterprise is entitled to select a replacement director.
