Hong Kong-based independent online marketing and data technology platform iClick Interactive Asia Group Ltd. appointed Terence Li CFO of the company, effective Jan. 1, 2019.

Li, who most recently was senior vice president of finance at iClick, will replace Jill Jiao, who is leaving iClick for personal health reasons, the company said Dec. 14.

Prior to joining iClick, Li served in various management and advisory roles at several startups.
