ESPN, VICE Media join forces to produce short-form series

VICE Media Inc.has joined forces with ESPN (US)to produce new short-form series, according to a May 3 report by The Hollywood Reporter.

Pursuant to the production and distribution deal, ESPN also willoffer on its linear and digital platforms certain Vice Sports series, including"The Clubhouse." Meanwhile, ESPN will give Vice access to ESPN's "30for 30" documentary series on Viceland.

The companies reportedly are also working on animated series.

ESPN is owned by WaltDisney Co. and HearstCorp.
