Michael Meyers, Will Hoh, Alan Jakimo and Russ Steward joined H.C. Wainwright & Co. LLC.

Meyers joined as vice chairman and head of M&A and strategic advisory services while Hoh, Jakimo and Steward joined as managing directors.

Meyers has focused on healthcare and life sciences, having worked in research and investment banking at various companies. Hoh has more than 20 years of healthcare experience spanning investment banking, asset management and venture capital. Jakimo has more than 35 years of experience encompassing a range of transactions, including technology development and licensing, corporate securities, M&A and public-private partnerships. Steward joins the company from T.R. Winston & Co. LLC where he served as a managing director.
