Banco Panamá to offer $1.4M of negotiable bonds

Banco Panamá SA on Oct. 16 plans to offer negotiable bonds worth about $1.4 million, the company said in a security filing.

The six-month series AX bonds, to be issued Oct. 18, carry an interest rate of 3.00%, and are a part of the bank's US$100 million bond issuance program.
