Dover Corp. agreed to acquire U.S.-based serialization, traceability and anti-counterfeiting solutions provider Sys-Tech Solutions Inc.

Sys-Tech will become a part of Dover's Markem-Imaje unit, which supplies product identification and traceability solutions, after the deal closes. Sys-Tech will enhance Markem-Imaje's product portfolio and add to its recurring software and service revenue, Dover said.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed. The transaction is expected to complete in the first quarter, subject to customary closing conditions.
