InvenTrust Properties Corp. purchased two adjacent retail centers in Pembroke Pines, Fla., for $163 million.

The properties, Paraiso Parc and Westfork Plaza, will have an area of about 389,000 square feet once ongoing expansion work is finished mid-2017.

Tenants at the centers include Publix, Costco, Regal Cinemas, Ross and TJ Maxx.
