NexGen EnergyLtd. said July 14 that it has received final approval to graduatefrom the TSX Venture Exchange and list its common shares on the TSX.

The company's shares will begin trading on the TSX on July15 under the ticker NXE. The shares will also be delisted from TSX-V the sameday.
