Tibet Mineral Development Co. Ltd. expected net profit attributable to shareholders to range between 27 million and 37.5 million Chinese yuan in 2017, which represents an increase of between 26.9% and 76.3% from the 21.3 million yuan posted in 2016.
The company said in a Jan. 30 statement that it benefited from improved production and sales volumes of lithium products in the period.
As of Jan. 31, US$1 was equivalent to 6.29 Chinese yuan.
