Colgate-Palmolive Co. completed its acquisition of skincare brand Laboratoires Filorga Cosmétiques for €1.5 billion, according to a Sept. 19 regulatory filing.
The consumer products maker previously said that the debt-and-cash transaction will have no effect on its diluted EPS for the full year 2019.
Wachtell Lipton Rosen & Katz and CMS Francis Lefebvre Avocats served as legal advisers to Colgate-Palmolive, while Citi acted as a financial adviser to the company. Bredin Prat acted as legal adviser to Filorga, while Goldman Sachs and BNP Paribas acted as financial advisers.
