Charter Hall plans A$450M tower in Brisbane, Australia

Charter Hall Group is planning to invest A$450 million in the development of a new tower at Brisbane Square on George Street in Brisbane, Australia, The Australian Financial Review reported Oct. 16.

QSuper has agreed a deal to lease 17,200 square meters, or about half of the up to 40,000-square-meter Brisbane Square 2 development, consolidating from four other offices across central Brisbane and Nundah, Australia.

The company is awaiting approval to commence construction on the tower in the first half of 2018, with completion scheduled for the end of 2020, the AFR added.
