NEX Group CFO to depart

NEX Group Plc CFO Stuart Bridges has stepped down from the board and will be leaving the company later in 2017.

Bridges, who has held the role since September 2015, played a leading role in the group's successful transaction with TP ICAP Plc, formerly Tullett Prebon Plc.

He will be replaced by Samantha Wren, currently chief commercial officer for NEX Markets. Wren will join the group's board with immediate effect, the company said May 31.

The group also appointed Global COO Ken Pigaga to its board as a director, with immediate effect.
