TerraForm Global COO, interim chief accounting officer resign

TerraForm Global Inc. is winding down its engagement of AP Services LLC, resulting in the departure of two executives.

COO Thomas Studebaker and Interim Chief Accounting Officer David Rawden resigned on Aug. 9, according to a Form 8-K filed Aug. 11. Both were appointed on July 7, 2016, as part of the company's engagement of AP Services, an affiliate of turnaround and restructuring firm AlixPartners LLP, for certain consulting services. The company stated the resignations were not due to any disagreements between the executives and TerraForm Global.

TerraForm Global, along with TerraForm Power Inc., is being acquired by Brookfield Asset Management Inc.
